
Salon Policies
Cancellation Policy:
We understand that sometimes circumstances can change, and you may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. To ensure the smooth operation of our business and to accommodate other clients, we require 48 hours notice prior to the start of your appointment to reschedule, change or cancel an appointment.
Please notify us at least 48 hours in advance by calling the salon or replying to your confirmation text.
Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment are subject to a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the booked services.
Booking Fee:
For extended appointments, new clients or clients with a history of last-minute cancellations, a nonrefundable booking fee is required to reserve appointment time.
Booking fees are applied toward the scheduled service total. Booking fees are nonrefundable if the appointment is canceled, rescheduled within 48 hours of the appointment time, or in the event of a no-show.
This policy helps protect the time reserved specifically for each guest and allows us to better serve clients waiting for appointments.
By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to these policies.
Late Arrivals:
If you anticipate being late for your appointment, please let us know by calling the salon or by replying to your confirmation text and we'll do our best to accommodate you.
Please note that if you arrive more than 15 minutes past your scheduled appointment time, adjustments to your scheduled service may be necessary. In such cases, your appointment may be shortened, but your service total will reflect the full amount initially scheduled.
If you arrive more than 15 minutes past your scheduled appointment time, rescheduling your service for a later date may be required. In this situation, you will be charged 50% of your appointment fee.
No Shows:
In the event of a no-show, where you fail to cancel or reschedule your appointment and do not show up, you will be charged for the full amount of the missed appointment prior to rebooking.
